| 1979 | Started NC machining of products with the introduction of factory automation. |
| 1982 | The head office was moved to 128 Kinzokudanchi, Kakamigahara City. |
| 1984 | Capital was increased to ¥96,000,000-. |
| 1986 | Started five-axis simultaneous machining with the introduction of the five-axis machining center. |
| 1987 | Introduced CATIA software. Kani Plant was established. |
| 1991 | Tetsuo Imai succeeded the president of the company. |
| 1998 | Administration building of the head office was completed, and the East Plant opened in the same location. |
| 2000 | Certified under ISO 9001 Standards. |
| 2001 | Mino Plant opened. |
| 2003 | Certified under JISQ 9100 (AS 9100/EN 9100) Aerospace Quality Standards. |
| 2004 | ADMS Vietnam was established. |
| 2005 | IAC Thailand was established |
| 2006 | IAC Malaysia machining plant was established. |
| 2007 | Started direct business with EMBRAER. |
| 2009 | IAC Malaysia surface treatment plant was established. Machining plant of IAC Malaysia expanded and moved from Nilai to Malacca. |
| 2010 | IAC Malaysia was certified by Nadcap. |
