Sophisticated Technology Meeting Diversified Needs

IAC produces NC programs and designs machining jigs,
airframe assembly jigs, and CFRP lamination jigs using
CATIA V5.
In order to meet diversified needs,
high quality and quick delivery are achieved
with the maximum use of CATIA functions for efficient work.
IAC is actively engaged in the manufacture of parts
with complex shapes and difficult-to-cut material.

CAD/CAM

Modeling and NC programming based on CATIA V5 Modeling and NC programming based on CATIA V4
Verification of cutter paths based on VERICUT NC data output from the post processor developed in-house
Mechanical design based on CATIA V5 drafting Design of ground support equipment based on CATIA V5.
Program Production

Jig/Tooling Design

Reference: Data IAC can handle

・We can receive data in numerical tables, charts, or measuring point data formats.
　(3D models will be generated based on the data)
・We can accept data in various formats in addition to CATIA model, IGES, STEP, and STL, etc.
