Established as IMAI Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for the purpose of manufacturing and sales of automotive parts and machine parts.

1958 Order received for jig fixture for T-33, since then, has received ordelivered for designing and manufacturing aircraft parts and Jig fixtures.
1976 Aircraft division spun off as IMAI Aero-equipment manufacturing. Co., Ltd.
1986 Introduced 5-axis machine and started simultaneous 5-axis machining
